I hope everyone is having lovely weekend. For me, Sundays are all about lounging and spending time with my family. It’s become a bit of a tradition to get together especially for breakfast. Conversations get pretty entertaining when you have a very large, opinionated family and don’t even get them started on the current political situation.
At the end of the day, I am very thankful because for many of us nothing replaces our family. To me, that’s what Sundays are for. Family, Lounging and comfy sweaters!
You bet, I will be lounging in this knit SheIn top all day long. I love the loose, cropped style mainly for it’s comfort and it’s casual- free spirited appeal. I paired it with paint-spattered jeans from Zara (On sale for $9.99 right now) and called it a day.
This is my basic winter look. First: you can never go wrong with black – this seems to be my go to color especially when it comes to these depressing winter days and second: it’s still trendy. When it comes to wearing all black I like to focus on the details like a patent leather, zippers and studs. My favorite piece in this whole ensemble is the contrasting patent leather biker jacket by Zara. Unfortunately, it’s sold out but I picked a few similar jackets below. When it comes to accessories, especially during these windy days, I like to throw on a cute beanie. You can read more about my New York City inspired look on FARFETCH. Hello Loves, I hope everyone is having a lovely week as we countdown to the holidays! How many of you are still buying last minute gifts? Every year I tell myself I am not going to procrastinate when it comes to Christmas shopping and well, I failed again. Fortunately, I know exactly what I am getting for gifts, so technically I am half done right? Anyways, its been freezing in NJ and I am so thankful for this blanket scarf from Viva La Jewels boutique. Not only is it baby bottom soft but it’s so warm and cozy. I love the versatility! It’s super easy to wear scarf or a shawl. It’s really a wonderful accessory with a purpose and it’s on SALE right now.

Hey loves – Happy Hump Day! I have been spending so much time with my best friend Ariana lately and it feel SO GOOD to be reunited. While I was living in Las Vegas we didn’t get to see each other much, but now that I am on the east coast it’s been FIRE. Anyways, we went shopping the other day and I happened to wear these amazing jeans by Zara. They have this ultra-cool, 70’s vibe about them and turns out they’re a big hit amongst fellow shoppers! I got tons of compliments even though I paired them with a very simple look. Nothing but jeans and a crop top. If you follow my blog then you already know boot cut jeans and bells are my absolute favorite, plus there is a reason for this calculated decision. I am only 5 feet tall and because I am so petite I find jeans like this make me look taller than I really am. They don’t cut off at the ankle, instead, they cover my shoes giving off the illusion of a longer leg. The crop top I am wearing is from H&M and I believe it was on sale for 7 bucks – SCORE!
P.s. Ariana also started her own blog called Wild Yoga Child, be sure to check it out! She talks about everything from online dating (the good & bad) to women empowerment & mental health.

When it comes to accessories, you can toss those handbags and jewelry aside. Right now, it’s all about the protective gear hugging your tech tools! My iPhone was very naked until Caseapp approached me about a collaboration. I never thought I could incorporate an iPhone case with my wardrobe, but this seemed like a great opportunity to be creative. Caseapp makes custom iPhone cases and laptop skins for anyone with an original idea. Additionally, they also provide pre-made options on their website like marble and tropical designs; everything you are seeing on Instagram right now. Personally, I wanted to create something chic but reflective of my personality. Plus I was about to design my very own iPhone & iPad case – how cool is that? Seeing a product go from concept to completion is so rewarding for me and tons of fun in the process. The best part is that anyone can do it! When it came to the design of my case, I did a lot of brain storming. This process involved collecting tons of photos and patterns of things that inspired me and made me happy. Flowers are one of my favorite things that I wanted to incorporate into my design. I also fell in love with a marble pattern I saw at a tile store, so I knew I wanted to mix a little bit of each into the finished product.
